As their chain of London based sandwich shops expanded this café company realized that their manual re-ordering system had become unwieldy and inefficient - but how to automate their restocking system without investing a fortune in replacement EPOS software and hardware?

Enter Commonsense EPOS Ltd. We recommended and implemented a software upgrade which integrated branch sales information with the back office enabling a totally automated information flow. By customising available software we designed a re-ordering system, capable of running on their existing hardware, which could also provide sophisticated management information enabling the management team to make better informed and faster decisions about the direction of their business.

In order to facilitate a faster communications flow around the company, Commonsense also designed a special interface (patching system).

With 78 busy branches in London and other major UK metropolitan areas, outlets in airports and within other retailer sites, such project work has to be carefully managed and Commonsense are on call 24/7  to ensure that new systems and system updates are bedded in without disruption to normal trading and that appropriate staff are properly trained in the new procedures and understand the benefits of change.
